If you are not satisfied with your order, you have seven 7 working days in which to return the items from the date of the receipt of your order. The buyer is liable for the cost of returning the items.
Returned products must be sent in perfect condition, in their original packaging and together with their manuals, accessories and any promotional gifts that they may have been included with the product. Once we receive the items at our warehouse, and after we check the items conditions, we will return the amount you paid in the same form of payment you originally used (cash payment will be reimbursed by bank transfer).
In any case, we will accept returns for faulty products and wrong shipments, and we will pay shipping charges in these cases, as long as the customer reports this situation within seven 7 days from the time they received their order.
